i found the family room spacious. the mini kitchen was useful for our needs. the adjoining setup definitely helped keep the family together. the beds provided good comfort after a long days.
i noticed a slight noise issue coming from the corridors during the night, disturbing sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful . My son left his iPad in our room. I called after we departed. They contacted me to confirm they had located it and included a pleasant note. It stated they hoped we enjoyed our stay, which I found considerate.

The staff was notably friendly. They helped with all requests. Our family loved the spaciousness of the Family Room. I especially liked that the bathroom was very clean.
Our room was located near an area where music played loudly at night. I found it challenging to sleep before the music stopped. The breakfast eggs seemed like they came from a packet. It wasn't very appetizing. The gym had only a few pieces of equipment.
